
I been trying out a new iPhone app called Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock. It monitors your movement during the night and gives you a sleep pattern report the next day. I’m not sure just how accurate is it, or even how useful it could be. But, I’m religiously turning it on every night, so something is working.
I seem to be ‘flat-lining’ every night. I don’t dream at the moment in my life. Maybe this will help.
