I had a reasonably busy week, working at DSGi. There has been some people off sick and one left. The team gets smaller and the task list grows ever longer. Mostly HTML corrections, so nothing we can’t handle. The Christmas peak is rapidly approaching and everyone needs their jobs done first. Oh well.
At home, James is loving his new bed. Built with my own hands, I’m very proud to have something that is useful and still standing. A triumph one could say. I need some finishing touches though.
We have Sky Movies back for Christmas. I’m such a miser when it comes to TV. But there’s so much crap on, I resent paying for it. I wish I could just buy the channels I wanted or simply turn off the unwanted ones. Do I really need 7 God channels?
My website is going through a dramatic change. Although I’m a web designer by trade – I feel that building and maintaining my own site is very boring. I understand the need to sell myself but it’s getting beyond a joke. This feeling is conflicting with my desire to create and experiment with new technology too. My blog is growing into a website structure of choice. Much easier to control, develop and add to. Am I finally seeing a way through the clutter?
